I tried to call on number provided, but the lady didn't have the courtesy to talk properly and disconnected the phone in between conversation. Please train your staff to deal with customers loyal to your brand..talking about purchase done 15-16 years back. Please have some one decent to pick up calls provided over internet.

Good designs but not a smooth experience one would expect at a brand of this calibre. There was No one at entrance to guide us. Someone came to ask us for entry later when we were already inside the shop. Team was reluctant to show jewellery and tried to put the responsibility on other employees in front of customer. Amex credit cards are not accepted.
