It was a lovely experience to travel via one side taxi service. Everything was so well organized and professional - be it the booking, payments, and entire journey. I'd highly recommend their prompt service and making the customer experience very smooth and feasible. Kudos to the team!

Very nice service. Very professional and reasonable. The driver was also helpful. No hassle nothing. I would recommend, if people want to travel one-side, especially, should consider this, as no return charge us levied. Goes easy on pocket.nThanks

Had booked cab for first time through One Side Taxi from Mumbai to Panchgani. Ride was good and hassle free.Driver was available for pickup at exact time mentioned. But, customer support needs improvement. Needs to be transparent and clear about the exact ride fare. When I called them for enquiring about the fare, I was not told about the extra pick up charges. Either it should be included in the fare charges mentioned on website while booking or the customer service execute should clearly specify them on call. Also, they should have enquired about the number of bags I was carrying, since they were going to send a CNG cab which does not have space for luggage.
