I had a great stay. The staffs in reception, Niyas and his friend are very friendly and receptive. I would say they have beautifully used the small space to make it a happening one...I had booked my bed through 'make my trip' app.. the location on map isn't exact spot it's infact opposite to Vijaya bank on Janki Devi school road, we have to lift head high to see the board written 'stay villa'. I entered through a small space with paintings on side. The stairs led to first floor which stated on front door that reception is on second floor. I reached up to the friendly receptionist/manager who showed me the female dorm. It has its own pass code. The dorm beds were different from the other dorms but is very comfortable with two pillows and nice mattress, bed light and enough space to move yourself. There was enough sunlight in the room. There were two bathrooms and both were well maintained had hot water. I could also keep my luggage in a small almirah to which they provide locks. They also serve Maggi and bread omellete, coffee etc on meagre payment but you aren't allowed to eat in room. Overall it was a 5 star experience based on ambience and friendly staffs

Good place it is a hostel basically and good for us be can stay there for long periods but I was only for one night...it's good

Booked via booking.com. In order to be sure I will be able to check in, I asked if they have 24hours desk. In 2 hours received cancelation from property without any explanations and had to find another place. The are not responsible to their job.

Very bad dormitory. Only need money. Noo good service. I checked in in the morning at 7.30 am told them I will check out in next day at 11.00 am they agreed and I paid them .but at same day at 1.pm one staff came and said maam its ur checkout time. I asked them how its possible. Even I said I will paid some extra if I came early before 3 hrs. Thn he agreed . 2nd time again one guy came at 3:00pm . The same thing he was talking abt . Its ur checkout. When I 2ndly told him I already told the 1st guy that I will pay some extra thn he too agreed and even told him that I will checkout next day at 11 .I went out for meeting and returned at 2:00 am in night . Suddenly one of staff guy denied and said maam rooms are full.there is vacant room .I told him I already told them I morning that I'm going to stay till next day but he kept on denying. They really dont care abt the customers. Very bad and even there is a CCTV camera in the room .
