Nice stay at Jessica Residency in the budgeted fare. Don't forget to try chicken grilled sandwich and the tea.nTry to take 3rd floor or above room for well ventilation.nProsn1.Very neat and clean hotel.n2. Staff are well trained.n3. Security guard is present.n4. Parking Space available.n5. Complimentary breakfast.n6. Coffe machine available with coffee and tea bags.n7. Nice king size bed.n8. Perfect for couple who wants to stay away from crowd.nnConsn1. 20~25mins distance from main Police Bazar area.

The hotel is conveniently lovated at GS road, though a bit far from Police Bazar, it does not really matter.nThe hotel is well equipped with all the facilities that you'd be expecting.nClean spacious room with great view and clean bathroom with 24 hrs hot water..The in house resturant serves both delicious veg as well as non veg food..The support staff is well trained and corteous..Overall a nice stay.

Pathetic I would say. We were alloted a suffocating room in a kind of basement and when we requested to change the room and we were ready to pay extra, the guy at the reception refused saying all the rooms are booked already.nIn the morning the lady serving breakfast mentioned that only 7 rooms had been checked in last night out of total 24 rooms.nBreakfast also was horrible, hard like stone idlis were served. Poori although was ok, when we requested the lady serving breakfast to serve atleast pooris at our table she bluntly refused.nDon't waste your time and money here. Rude and arrogant staff.

Loacted by the side of the main highway connecting shillomh and guwahati...Jessica's residency is loacted in a place called Sunny Hill shillong.....it is easily noticeable from normal traffic....opposite to it is the animal husbandary and the veterinary departmeant of the government of Meghalaya..the main market that is iewduh is not far from this place it is just a two minutes drive in normal traffic...nThe guest house is well maintianed and the staffs are very friendly.....there is a muti cuisine restaurant for guests as well as people from outside..the restaurant's name is EMI'S restaurant..nMainly Indian and Chinese cuisines are offered along with continental cuisines..the place is ideal for tourists...there is also spacious parking area for vehicles.....
