Anant Smruti Pathagar 'ଅନନ୍ତ ସ୍ମୃତି ପାଠାଗାର', A treasure house of books on Literature, History, Politics, Science, Economics, Biography primarily in Odia was founded on 01 May 1989 by some intellectuals, teachers, professors and eminent personalities of the locality. It houses a rich collection of some rare gems and out of publication books especially on Odisha History and Literature. Named after the famed Communist Thinker, Progressive Writer and Revolutionary Poet Late Anant Pattnaik, brother of Late Gurucharan Pattnaik. It's one of the largest library in and around Mangalpur.
