Good car provided. The only issue I faced is tight clutch. Also location is far from the airport. Process to take car is good and fast. Same goes for providingthe car back. Overall a nyc experience.

Had a 3 day Rental pf Ford Ecosport...and I reached Janpath Bhubneshwar parking at 1:17AM to find that the car doesnot unlock and got a Scorpio instead. Wasted 2 hours on road at night...(my precious sleep time at hotel lost on road waiting in an insecure place)nThe cars are all super dirty inside out.......Nowhere even near Avis, Enterprise, Hertz,....... Will never recommend this waste to anyone......

Self drive sounds so good until u get a damaged vehicle and there is no one to help you out. Zoom car rental have always been bad. Poorly maintained vehicles which only add inconvenience to your trip. Having used zoom car, it's risky cars and pathetic service and response, I had this audacity to put faith in Bhuvneshwar. Burnt again ! It's all on me. Please save urself...

Its a parking space a little off the main road. I have enjoyed driving zoom car... although the selection of cars in bbsr isn't the greatest
