Pros : - very close to the beach. Thenrestaurant has a beach view.n- decent rooms with elegantnfurniture.n- good breakfast.n- staff is good.nCons : - ventilation is bad in the rooms.n(Please check the rooms beforenbooking, we requested for anbetter room)n- none of the rooms have a view.n- mobile network is slightly weakn- no parking space or assistance,nlocated in a busy narrow street.

Very good rooms with spacious layouts, a very nice pool and a great location for exploring the city!!nTheir room service is something that they need to work on... coz it’s not a cheap stay and so it warrants a higher level of services.

A very nice place to stay and enjoy the city for a few days.nnLot of prosn1. Helpful staff. Helped with early check-in, arranged for transport while leaving, kept our bags safe after checkout so that we could roam the city streets light.n2. AC that works. Taken for granted but important nonetheless. Can't imagine how we would have survived without it in the heatn3. Great bathroom. Again, taken for granted. But really need to appreciate the well maintained bathroom. One factor that makes you not want to pack up and leave as soon as possiblen4. Nice view from the top.n5. Lot of nice places, esp. Rock Beach, are at a walkable distance from hotelnnFew consn1. Little / no ventilation. But that's okay for two reasons - first, you wouldn't want to open windows and welcome all the mosquitoes that are extremely abundant all over the city, and secondly, privacy.n2. Lack of a water cooler / filter. But that's also not a big problem because the management will give you bottled water when you need it.nnSo, overall - little pricey, but worth it

Stayed here and Honestly it's NOT WORTH the price at all.nIt only looks royal and majestic in the photos. The switches weren't working, only one light was operating , switches so pathetic don't know where you would charge your phones , luckily I had my power bank and I charged my electronics in the restaurants I went to eat which brings me to the next point, the breakfast was served so late and nothing spectacular and it was closed at night so couldn't think of having dinner here.nSmall blanket enough for one in a room for 2.nOutside food is also not allowed.nNot worth the money they're charging, rather stay somewhere near the promenade.

The hotel is nice but it is nothing how you will expect it to be from their pictures. The rooms are spacious but there was sewage smell in the room which you will get if you switch off the room fan and bathroom exhaust. They don't have the basic decency of helping their customers with their luggage and providing them with basic necessities. We had called and confirmed before booking if the restaurant is open and we were informed on call that it's open, but actually their sister place Villa Krish has a restaurant which is open.nnThe night staff was very rude and uninterested, he could not even provide us a glass!nnOverall it was good stay only because of the location and they take full advantage of that by not being hospitable.
