Sheraton Grand Seattle

Really nice remodel. Lots of light in the room. Very modern finishes. Halls are clean and updated. Valet parking, or parking in garage at the corner. Parking is $32 a day, with 3 times in and out.

After a weekend hiking in the Hoh, the Sheraton was the perfect place to get some city life before flying out.nThe location is great for a morning walk to Pike Place. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable.nAnd, of course, the bed and pillows are just right.

The lobby and common areas were well kept and presented well.nnThe room was clean when I got in. However, room service was not available for the entire 3 night stay. I request the room be serviced/clean each day and came back to my room the way it was left. It seems other guests were having the same issues as there was trash throughout the hallway outside of doors and piling up near the elevators. At the end of my second day I did not receive the refill for toilet paper and towels and ended up going to Target to buy them myself.

For a month because we were waiting to move into our new place and the staff was pleasant for the most part during the month but the day we had to check out we decide to because we overslept and we had security County on our door when we were trying to book the room with the downstairs staff and he was so rude at the door my boyfriend said hang on a minute and he understood the car and told him not to rent us another day and we’re really kicking us out trying to call the cops and also the rooms are very not modern and the ventilation is horrible in the rooms you can’t really get any clean air the windows don’t open so if you order any food in your room mediately reeks of the food you ordered for like a day in the air quality is just horrible here it looks nice when you walk be in

Lovely visit to Seattle and a comfortable, clean hotel. Staff are friendly, good service and taking precautions during unsettling times that we are experiencing. Thank you for being great hosts and providing a great service.
