Stayed at The Residency Towers Puducherry for 2 nights and it was so amazing. The hotel is located in the city centre making most of the places easily accessible. The level of automation in the rooms is something I haven't seen anywhere else. You don't even need to get up from the bed and you can control everything from the curtains, room temperature, lights, TV etc.nThe food is also amazing. I love their breakfast and dinner buffet, especially the desserts. They also have a spa, indoor pool and a lounge area. And the cute little cafe called Krave is a great place to chill at. They also have an in house bar which is great.

Grand ambience, good food and thankfully sensitive service following full Covid protocols.nA little overpriced as compared to similar joints. But overall a satisfying experience.

Very good room amenities as well as hotel amenities. The property is excellently maintained. The drawing room is fab. Most of these are good for the rate charged.nnThe room automation seems a tad too much and the lack of physical buttons becomes a pain during night time. How much ever we tried to adjust the AC, it always stays as 18and is very cold.nnAlso, the breakfast taste is a bit sub par and the service takes forever. Ordered some ketchup for my wedges and they took 10 minutes. Poori was delayed by 30 minutes. While checking out, the bell girl took our bags to the reception and vanished, we had to see ourselves out and load the bags onto our car.

Stay at The Residency Towers was the highlight for my trip to Puducherry. Super comfortable rooms, sumptuous dinner menu and courteous staff (Mary’s hospitality was absolutely 5-star).nnThank you for such a pleasant experience.
