Hotel staff will fool you by saying that they don't accept OYO and will try to charge you more.nRooms and bathrooms are conjusted.nCMC Hospital canteen is nearby for good and cheap food.

Hotel is avarage, staffs are okey, need cleanliness and housekeeping,main problem is payment issue, they charged extra, even they don't show up in the bill, If you have prepaid booking, they refuse to give room, but can resolve issue thanks to oyo customer care, main bus stand samrala Chawk is as near as by auto 10rs, localty is crowded but good, atm is near, there are also a medical college,cmc nereby. Bed sheets and pillows need to be clean, they need to be more professional, overall hotel experience is quite not bad but stay was very good, there is also a nearby malkota biriyani point, at cmc Chawk you can find street food, at samrala chwak you can find more. Thank you.

Excellent service not over crowded environment.. rooms are clean and sanitized, working ac and tv food is lil expensive and rooms are lil small .. over all I loved to stay here

Not well maintained. Linens are stained. Room walls and Bathroom are stained giving very dirty look. Even the phone receiver is so dirty that you won't feel like using it.nHot water won't come in shower. No tea maker in the room. Not worthy for 1500/- per night.nBut staff are friendly.

Exceptional rooms! Bath area is also hygeinic. Couple friendly hotel. They do not bother their customers much. However location and pricing could have been better. Overall, a good stay.
