Basic things like floor mat, slippers, dustbin was not there.nNo telephone extension line was there..nThey need to improve more towards maintaining the room and hotel better for better hygiene.

Helpful staff with bright smile. Interior was good a little disappointed with linen.nOverall stay was excellent. Mr. Rajvir at reception was helpful. Kudos to the team.

Worst experience. Do not believe the star ratings in applications. The hotel staff rate the hotel 5star by taking costumers phone.
