Thankful to them for replacing my sandals even when the company mail was not answered after 7 days. But they replaced it on their own responsibility. Helpful and polite is always there nature.nCheers!!!

It was good and locality is good but the collection of shoes is small as compared to other puma outlets , yet you have less options to choose but the items are good and the sales persons are very good and friendly yet not the best place to go.

Last week we purchased a pair of puma shoe whose cost is 7000 and after this ,when I visit the lifestyle in mbd I saw the same shoe whose cost is 5000 that means 2000 difference . Now the model town shoe shop manager refused to return the money he said it’s our rule so be careful (Model Town ludhiana puma showroom) I personally feel these people are quakes who guide there customers wrongly
