Worst experience this time. My pet is having wound on body and staff handled my pet very rigorously. He is not able to bark and eat properly. They have employed labourers not professionals. Heavy Prices. Don’t Go it’s like hell

Past reviews have been very contrary to what I experienced at the place. I took my 6 year old Labrador for a full grooming session to this place for the first time. I was very skeptical about the service, judging by the reviews but the results were very satisfying.nYes, my dog struggled a little because it was his first time getting it all done but at no point did we feel that he was mistreated. His coat had never been smoother and his ears had not been this clean.nThe staff was cautious enough to notice a small lesion on his paw, and they have a vet who visits the salon regularly, who further examined the wound.nAlso, its true that some dogs (like mine) were scared of the hand showers and the loud dryers but there were few well behaved dogs who were accustomed to the same.nAll-in-all i felt the salon to be just a tad bit overpriced but a good place to get your pets groomed.nn*this is not a paid review*

I was a little scared after seeing all the negative reviews... But they really did a good job on our shih tzu... Staff is good and the lady pays personal attention to the pet.Ypu should visit this place.

I did not visit but i called for dog haircut booking.the inform us about process and their packs , and rates ,and mam is very nice and kind.

The worst place ud83dudc4eud83cudffbnThe cut my dog’s tongue and he was bleeding badlynWhen they were asked about it,they said these things can happen during grooming session it’s totally finenI mean r you serious ? Cutting someone’s tongue is fine? How dare they!nThe place should totally shut downnThey don’t deserve a single star
