They are fraud and a big time cheat. They will ask you to place a prepaid order and then your money is gone. They won't respond to your phone calls and no updates will be given. It's been a week I have placed my order but no one bothers to update me about my order nor are they picking up the call. They are simply a big time fraud!!!!
Very bad experience. Placed order, which was accepted and then cancelled after a day. Placed order again and informed customer care. No response, no delivery and strangely the order is not cancelled for over 15 days. If you are ordering and waiting for delivery, please be doubly sure that it's going to ship.
I traveled from jammu especially for Border collie breed but I was disappointed ud83dude1e their info is very week abt this breed and even they still even don't call me since 2 years....still waiting
Bought VetLife Puppy food from here online. Got some thousands of free worms in the packet. Called, whatsapped, messaged and emailed with all details. No decency to respond or take any action! Terrible service. Kindly avoid.
They have all pet supplies but at high price.
