We had booked the rooms with the help of our tour agency. The hotel has two buildings. The main building has the restaurant and reception while the second building houses few rooms. The main building looks pretty shabby and worn out. The flooring is dull and looks pretty dated. The second building however looks very good and rooms and very very neat. The second building also offers some breathtaking views of Kangchenjunga mountain especially in the mornings, when the sky is clear.nnWe had stayed for two days and the room service was prompt. Toilet was clean when we checked in and was cleaned again the second day as well. TV connection was available but had limited local and few Hindi channels.nnDining was good. The complimentary morning breakfast was good and tasty, but the restaurant cleanliness was not up to mark, the wash area seemed pathetic. The dinner was served into our rooms upon request and again tasted good.nnOverall this does seems to be one of the better options to stay in Pelling.nPS : Ask for rooms with views of Kangchenjunga

Good location. Rooms are decent. Staff is very good. Food preparation is nice although options are limited. The hotel is veg... But for non veg lovers, there is a nice restaurant right next door.
