Mr.Raj Shah is fraudster person. Never trust to him. On his request, I had given some money to his driver but Mr. Raj didn't give me back according to his comment. His driver arrangement was also very poor. I had to change driver and vehicle on my mid trip. Mr.Shah had also misbehaved during our trip. Never choose this fraudster person for any trip.
we had very good trip through this travel. well arranged rooms as well as transportation.nadvice: travel agents should communicate the rules and regulations of each place before the trip starts.

This travel agency is very fraud and faulty. We had travel from 18-20 April 2019 at Darjeeling and Gangtok. He denied sightseeing at Gangtok as we already paid full amount. This may be our mistake. His behavior is also very arrogant. Don't travel with this agent. we had very bad experience.
