Good hotel, good service...but not that best one...

No A/C, no water heater, no water bottles, worst extra bed, no separate room keys, no iron box, no room service..... Literally it was an worst experience there!nThere is no separate keys for the customers, they have a special key that have a access to every room, and they will open with that when we check in there and they insert a empty (not programmed) key card in the power supply, then they carry the working card with them...!

For a quick stay and a safe stay for family. Decent and located in main city.

Superb service. Superb ambience. Smile, humble and courtesy staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. Service oriented, customer friendly, positive minded, sincere dedicated Manager (Dhandapani), has beautiful temperament and effective communication. One can directly too book for 24 hours check in & check-out stay. It is just walkable distance from Salem New bus stand & 2.5 km away from Salem Railway Junction.nWith regards
