Hotel Karpagam

Hotel rooms are good but there customer service is very poor. We should keep on follow them(4-5 times) for our queries.

OKAY!nGood parking.nExpected a better service.nNot looking like a 2-star hotel!

A place you can stay with no high expectations. The receptionist is polite, the housekeeping lags a bit but it's not a big deal. The bed is huge and room has enough space. The security downstairs asks if you want your car to be cleaned...we said yes and paid him. Breakfast was idli with chutneys and spicy hakka noodles. They serve dosa on request. Tea and coffee on included in breakfast..can be ordered on extra payment. Swiggy and zomato delivery are accepted.nnBar is attached with the hotel!! Our opposite room was boys who smoked high and drank..which was a turn off.. so if you are travellers with family..do keep this point while booking. Otherwise no issues!

For 1000 rupees it's value for money

Well maintained international hotel. Rooms are furnished and their room service are great. No complimentary here. I enjoyed staying with friends.
