We were on our way to Kerala and could not turn back as we had it all planned after an hour of driving our Car Ac suddenly started getting hotter and it was only 10:30 am and the car temp was rising..we started getting skeptical..but then we called Nissan service helpline and they directed us to the Salem Nissan service centre..we showed them the car and within a half an hour we could resume our journey...the technicians and staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful...very happy with the service it was just a minor issue but travelling in this summer for 10 hours with an infant without Ac is literally impossible..
Bad service . Need to focus on customer response. No spare is available there. Need to focus on time mangement. We are paying cost but not worth for your service.

One of the most bad customer service. They are rude to customers. Bcos of dealers like this Nissan and Datsun with wonderful cars are a failure in India.
Good customer service... Need to focus on time management. One of the best Nissan service centers in the region. Mr. Arul prakash, Mr. Prabhakar were much helpful to me to resolve an issue. Almost everyone there, are polite. The location is close to Kandhampatty byepass and kindalampatti byepass. Overall a good experience.
