Very very Worst customer service I have never seen. One of my placed order at store and paid full amount. At time of purchasing, they did not even asked for advance and all. We paid full amount. Then due to unavoidable situation , we supposed to cancel the order.Taken help from customer care and raised for cancellation request. After cancellation raised. They processed the order and asking to get it from store. This is totally annoying. Very bad quality workmanship in spectacles. Bought semi frame spectacles. Got the spectacles on Wednesday evening and after two days of using it, on Saturday the fibre holding the lens had come off from right eye side. They refuse to do a replacement or provide refund for the defective product that was sold.
Met the showroom with mr. David pugal and mr. Balaji. Done a good services and explained the product features very well. Satisfied their services. Order will be given by next month for me and my wife as well. Thanks
One of my friend i.e. Ms nalina she is purchase of specticals of rs. 6600/- each glass. But she out of country. Already the customer has send the cancellation of order to your official mail ID and shop also. Please check the details and refund the amount.
