Unmarried couples not allowed. They made us take two separate rooms, even though we were outstation visitors. Bloody extortionists. Also the rooms are quite small, but overall a very decent stay for a place like Sultanpur. The manager is also polite. The property is located right in the heart of the city, everything within a radius of a km.

Staffs are very good and polite. Hotel and room condition can be improved .

Rooms are beautiful and spacious as well as the fooding was also delicious but the party hall provided by them is not upto the marknDeciration is good but very less space for ceremonies like anniversaries, engagements etc.
