Room is good, but AC was there but not working, gizer connection was there but no hot water, TV also without cable connection.Need to improve these for customer satisfaction.

A good alternative of hotel park.Its a new hotel made just near the overbridge.It offers neat and clean room with attached bathroom.Its situated near iit Kharagpur,so if your destination is iit then you can definitely stay here.nnPros:Good location, comfortable stay at reasonable pricing,neat and clean rooms.nCons:No lift,no proper parking shade for vehicles.
