A valuable Public library in hooghly. Runs from the year 1915. Huge collection of Bengali, English and Hindi books. Text books are also available here. Well maintained by its governing body. Collection is updated every year. Organised Cultural programme by the authority. Members are to be strictly from a notofied area of Hooghly. A good nos of members are here.
