Really good experience with T.C. Motors. I had requested my car delivery on my daughter's birthday. I was not in Chinsurah and ordered my car over phone. They had arranged cheque pick up from my home for down payment. First day I visited the showroom was on the day of delivery. I am happy with their service specially Mr. Sourabh. I had called him several times to know the status of delivery and paper work. Every time has always helped me with smile.nnOnly one thing I would suggest them that is proactive update was somehow was less. I was buying my first car and had no idea about the procedures. I had to follow up and ask them several times what to be done and what loan protocols to be cleared to get the delivery on time. Every time they had replied but I was expecting they would call by themselves and guide me which never happened.nnOverall I am satisfied.
