Staffs are very cordial and quick free services are aptly provided. Sanitization and washroom/lavatory facilities should be provided and improved.

Lazy worker not finished . Parts not available many time book ur service in advance and also u need to pre-order spare parts also. Labour charge is too high....

Very bad experienced I have and had with Pinnacle Honda Asansol Service Center. This is the 3rd time my car Honda Amaze 2018 got breakdown within 1year 8 months. Every time they confirmed me the issue is permanently resolved but actually its not. Now they took 27 days already but still telling me wait for another 10-20 days because they don't have parts available. They give me attention on sales not service.
