Very unprofessional. Refund not done for more than 2 months. Spoke to customer service few times and several emails but still no action. They keep dragging this issue and never call back

Worst ever car rental service. Big time fraud. Their pick up and drop off points are far away from central locations, and typically inaccessible by public transport. If the customer is unable to park the car at that place, they levy obnoxious penalties. Worse, they keep harassing you. Do not opt for it. For one day, they sent a bill of Rs. 9900!! Drivezy is any day much better.

Pathetic service bad experience. Cancelled my booking 1 hours prior to my travel and offering 500 zoom credits what should I do for that if no cars available. Shut down your business if you can't give service.
