0 stars. Highly unprofessonial, unreliable, DO NOT USE! We had a quote and itinerary, all agreed on a week prior. The day before we were supposed to leave, noone picked our calls/answered our messages anymore. We spent hours trying to track someone down. In the end had to re-arrange it all with a different company. Never heard anything from these people here.

Great experience with udaipur car hire,we hired a cab last week with this company and they provide us very good cab and driver (prakash prajapat). He is very descent, polite and soft spoken.nI recommend this company for all want to hire cab in udaipur.

We booked cab for 3 days and when required asked for covering one temple near to udaipur and told we will pay extra for that.nBut they charged too high for that. Driver was also not cooperating behaving as if we are accquiring their service for free and throwing tantrums like I will not come this far and that far, will park car here only.contact person is exploiting passengers by charging more money which have not been agreed between passengers and Taxi service owner. I asked share the contact number of your boss but he didn't share. Driver told his own rules for availability. It was told parking fees are included but later there were some conditions.nSo before booking this please confirm all the terms and conditions.
