Very quiet as you'd expect in an over 55, dog free mobile home park. Nice facilities. The pool was just being refilled for summer but it looked nice. Decent slabs beside each RV site. Could have rated higher if lady in reception would smile and be helpful. Manager was a nice guy.

Good location and the residents I met were very welcoming. Unfortunately Shannon put me of referring people there. After working in much larger parks in Australia and staying at over 50 parks here in the USA Shannon really needs to understand guests. Just because she didn't leave details for our site (knowing she was leaving the park) she expected us to remain in where we were, blocking a road until she called me back some 1.5 hrs after we arrived. We did what a staff member told us to do, pick a site. It turned out the site Shannon had allocated us was far to short for our rig even though they had all the details they requested when I booked.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They gave my reservation to someone else!!!! I was on my way up to stay here with my cat while my wife had surgery since it was two hours away from our home. I found this out as I was driving up a few hours before my wife’s surgery as we called to see what our lot entailed for hook ups because we requested full hook ups and they never got back to us if the lot they assigned us to did. This was Shannon. Then my wife calls to confirm everything two days prior. How can you over book!!!!??? We talk to Barb who was rude as can be. “Well we don’t have a reservation for you so I don’t know what to tell you.” They don’t accept credit cards or cash. They have a ton of rules. This place is ridiculous and should be shut down.
