Receptionist doesn't konw how to behave with customers. Room service will be after 1. To 2 hours from the time of order. Unchanged pillow cover with yellow colour on it. Attitude of service people are pathetic. I saw even other room accomodate also shouting with room service guy. Wash rooms are horrible. Few photos are attached. Canteen and food is great 👍. Overall experience 😡

Good but little expensive stay at Sangareddy compare to others which we were looking for. Rooms are quite big and sufficient space for work. Serivice is little slow but they do their chores really well. Structure is little complex, you need to change two elevators to reach your room. That's quite annoying though. They have banquet hall and other rooms too. Breakfast is good could be better though.

Starters are really amazing. Must try dragon paneer, peri peri chicken wings.
