Awesome experience... I had opted for their service during this lockdown period and they provided an amazing experience. I had booked for an Innvova to Varanasi for an urgent business need and I am very happy to say I could close my business deal only because of their service. Highly recommended!!!!

They have given me the car no-3051. They’ll say that their location is in Kestopur palpara but they’ll take charges of Garage to Garage for Jagatpur that too they’ll count as 5km. The car was good, driver was talkative but good at driving. The owner massaged me on the day that they’ll charge 200 extra if you cross 11pm. I have reached my location by 10.50 pm but the driver asked for 200 rs extra. Even the owner asked me to pay 200 rs over phone and told me that the car will go to Jagatpur and it’ll be 11 pm by then so I had to pay extra for 5 km and 200 rs too. That’s how they’ll cheat you for money.nP.S.- think twice before taking cars from them.

The car provided was not the one we were promised. The agency did not even bother to inform us that they will be unable to provide the vehicle they promised. In the end we had no choice but to somehow squeeze in for a 4 hour (each way) journey.
