worst experience with Oaktel Aranya The Kanan .... with staff too namely pankaj .... due to covid 19 the hotels were closed and when we asked them for refund .... no reply from other end and no one is taking our calls....highly Not recommended..

Staff is very friendly. Treatment is very hospitable. Services was provided as and when required and hassle free. Food was tasty. Scenic view from balcony. The main highlight was the music and bonfire! Overall we had a pleasant stay! Thank you ud83dude0a

We had a lovely stay at this hotel.. staff are really helpful and friendly. Infact we were both girls staying at the hotel ..we didn't felt anything wrong since the staff made our stay very comfortable and also arrange bonfire and food dj..they made lot of efforts to make our stay at Nainital our memoriable one..thank you..ud83dude06. Highly..recommend.

It's the worst hotel I have ever visited..nService was not all good and they don't have enough staff to handle a group of 20.nThey need to improve their food quality..
