It's very very beautiful place to spend your holidays in Nainital. The attractive scenic beauty, staff's friendly nature, aromatic and tasty food, peaceful surrounding, large spacious rooms, house keeping facilities, all together will make your holidays a most exotic and memorable one. Do have a visit. The place is totally value for money.

The place to stay in Nainital if you don't want to stay in a typical hotel. Beautiful landscaped gardens..it's the summer palace of the royal family of Balrampur and now is run as a palace hotel.

We had a good stary as the hotel was located in the heart of the city. Room was very spacious and clean. It's definately a typical heritage property. I am giving it three star beacause of the following points...n1. Although the washroom was very big but the sanitary ware needs to be replaced.n2. Breakfast menu was very limited and most of them were not applicable if you have pre booked your meals in the package. Eg: you could get plain sandwich but if you ask for. Chese sandwich, if will be said it's not included in the package. It was wierd.......n3.The garden was huge but wasn't taken care of. There was water stagnation at the fountain area...
