The Hotel new Bharat was good in term of Accommodation and Service but located at very Rich height from Mall road nainital lake .nAt end the Balcony view was very aswm from hotelnAt my knowledge the hotel was good for stay and enjoyment .
Bakwas bad room n bad service not adequately staffednHot water problem no heater it is 8 degree rooms were not maintained toilets dirty avoid i suggest only advantage is parking
Staff was so nice and reception manager with Furban was sooooo courteous
Very nice for price, also service is nice. Cleanliness is better than many others. Had t.v bathroom and big king bed also got a discount. Only paid 500/- was awesome!
Worst place. Charged without giving room. Travelled with family. Worst hotel ever. Oyo doesn't give refund.
