Hotel and service was good including staff. Lake side view was not that much perfect. You need to climb a lot to get the hotel but they had cab service to pick you up all the time in a particular time slot. It was bit costly as well. Overall nice stay.

Pros- near to lake and mall road.nCons- 1. You are staying near to lake and climate is 1 deg C. They don't provide you heaters.n2. Linens and bedsheet not clean.n3. Mobile charging point not working. Had difficulty in charging mobile.n4. Very small rooms. Roof height is 6.5 feet I guess...risky for tall peoplen5. Hot water available only in the morning. How to use bathroom ( ice cold water ) late evening / night when climate outside is at 1 deg C.??n6. Location is at steep height... They provide vehicle for pick up from mall road . Last pick up is 9pm. So if you miss that pick up vehicle then it's very difficult to climb and reach hotel. How ever no drop services. You need to manage your self.

ZERO RATINGnExtremely poor rooms. Dont book this hotel ever. Very poor service and food. No view. They even took 10 rs for extra disposable plate. Dirty room and dirty washroom. Worst experience. Even the location is very bad.
