Hotel is in good location. Rooms are spacious.nService is very fast. Quality of food is also good. They've got space for parking. Overall good hotel for stay.

Worst hotel experience... The hotel is cheaper while booking through travel websites but don't book any room below deluxe as they are not good specially don't book the heritage room as it old and dirty and it seems like the ceiling is falling down.... The staff is also very annoying and are not helpful.... It only looks good from outside

Don't book Heritage room.Its very outdated type.Lakeside view rooms are good.Food is tasty Breakfast buffet is Good.nSenior citizens pls avoid.

Vintage style rooms with a nice view of nainital. Food was tasty but overpriced.nnThey will charge you 47 rupees for water bottle which is baseless.. They will even add 2rs gst on waterud83dude02. But if you complain about this to them and threaten them that you will go to consumer court, they will eventually reduce the extra money charged.
