Excellent place to stay. Staff is very helpful and will do whatever they can in order to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was really nice covering lot of dishes. Ordered food for lunch and again it was great and tasty.nOwners were all the time available when we stayed and took care of each and every need of ours. Sufficient parking space and place is quite near to High Court and Mall road is also not very far. A quiet place where you can enjoy the nature. Evening time they arranged for Bornfire where you can enjoy the cool weather. Special thanks to Mr Gaurav for the comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again with them. Thanks Again

1. Most rooms are dusty and dark rooms with blocked n tiny windows. Old interiors and rotten wooden furniture.n2. Unreliable staff! Lost my expensive watch kept on the bedside table in our absence during room cleaning. Despite cameras, no responsibility and response by hotel management.n3. Rude and ungentlemanly behavior of elderly owner. Eyes on peoples breakfast plates and has audacity of asking elderly women to stop carrying the left over quarter piece of sandwich by a 5 yr old so she could be fed later at ease.n5. Property is now managed by his young son, who is working around to improve the experience to best of his capabilities.n6. Not worth trying unless issues like above are addressed and resolved completely.

It is located in between High court and ATI, parking available for at least 8 vehicles.nI have opted for deluxe rooms with one extra bed and found the space ok. The room was on the top floor with wooden flooring and the roof.nNice and clean room with availability of Electric kettle, TV with limited channels and WiFi,although the connection was lost after 9pm till morning. The intercom was not working due to which every time I had to rush to the reception.nAvailability of room heater was there on chargeable basis, provision of campfire was there in evening but could not find it.nThe quality of the food was also good.nThe behavior of the staff was good.

We visited here in March 2020.nStayed at this exotic hotel during our visit to Nainital on our Uttarakhand trip.nThe place lived upto our expectations in terms of the photographer that we had seen of this place. The hotel is very beautifully maintained by the owner and staff. The owner loves plants which could be seen in the garden where every type of utensils from broken cups to pots, were used to grow Various plants which was just lovely.nThe room was quite spacious and clean. However, the room had some weird smell of paint/dust which comes when it is locked for a long time.nThe staff was nice and friendly and helped us in every way possible when required. However, the manager of the hotel although was nice but we feel should have been more hospitable and should smile more.nThe breakfast was very delicious and had alot of variety. Also the dinner tasted good.nOverall, the place is well maintained. However improvement on some fronts are needed.
