I stayed at the hotel for 5 days in the month of November 2020.nHotel was bit empty.nFirst, one person came to collect the luggage as there are 30-40 stairs so it was really helpful.nCheck in was easy.nStaff is very polite.nOne Joshi ji is there he will help you with everything.nIn house dining is there and room service is also available.food taste is good.nHot water is available via boiler so bathing time is to scheduled.nI booked luxury room with balcony. View was awesome so my stay was worth it.

I was shocked to see that this hotel doesn't even provide basic amenities like a dental kit and a water bottle. The staff acts clueless and will ask you to pay for the same. Half of the things in their rooms are too old to work. Their balcony view pictures on the internet will lure you but trust me it's not worth it. it's on a height therefore, you have to climb 50-60 stairs every time, which gets exhausted, to be honest. There are several other better options around worth checking out.

Good place...staff very good..quick service...located on mall road ...only negative point is too many stairs to reach the reception area

Good rooms... Few things were missing like 24hr hot water and wifi... Rest the hotel staff is helping

1.Poor servicen2. No wifin3.Staff was not cooperativen4.they didn't provide towels , soap etcn5. unhygienicn6. Dirty bedsheets and quilt
