The view from the room is awesome. Very good atmosphere. But I think the property owners are staying in the same building ! So hope you won't make noise ud83dude09

Worst hotel stay I ever seen in my life. Hotel workers were demanding for constant tips of Rs.25 for each and every things they do.nHotel haven't provided us regular hot water. Food taste was ok. They haven't provided any rooms / accomodations for our driver however it was a two days stay in Silverton. Bathroom flush were not working and TV was not working.nPlease do NOT prefer for this hotel when you visit nainital.nStay wise it's expensive.

I really don't post reviews, but this time I cannot stop myself. It was really not good experience at this very place. Hotel manager says this is prime booking but you will not even get Hot water in the morning (though they claim hot water supply is between 7am to 11:30am but it want not even 9am). If you will book via OYO, again hotel manager will say you have pay in cash & we are in talks with oyo & dont come under oyo. Room was not clean. Sofa & pillow was really dirty though sofa was flexible & not hard. Location is on the top of mountain & if you will go by shortcut (via mall road) you will definately be exhausted. I will not recommend this hotel.

What a property is this splendid, marvelous, wonderful location accessible by road through car(except SUV) and the view from the hotel ..... omg OMG OmG just see the pic that I posted. The corner luxury cottage top left floor has been recently renovated. With DBR balcony and man I tell you if you don't book this property you are failing to see Nainital in reality. In morning u hear bells of nainadevi temple ringing across the ladke visible from your bed only. Oh my god. I fall short of words to appreciate the hospitality. Well behaved staff. A hundred percent dedicated manger and the owners are old couple with only son who is business tycoon of Nainital. The owner family is very nice we had opportunity to meet and it was wonderful knowing them. I wish the hotel management may read this review. Thanks to you all there for making our stay incredibly comfy. Will always book his hotel (infact now my second home) at Nainital whenever I'm there.

Hii..Please don't visit this hotel, if you aren't coming here with your car then please ignore it, otherwise you'll feel like climbing a mountain (so be ready with your trekking shoes ;). Staff is arrogant and unsupportive. Hotel is just opposite of the displayed pics. Rooms are smelly and small. Food quality is below average. I give it 1⭐, because can't give less than it.nFurniture is from the era of Mughleazam. So, please get health insurance before visit it. Manager of this hotel thinks that he is managing 'The Taj' but please somebody tell him that it is worst than a Dharamshala.nHotel highly needs hygiene, cleanliness and renovation. Oyo keeps it in Premium category, which is totally fraud with customers. No power backup
