One of the best hotels I've been in. Value for money, clean and well maintained, and the super plus factor is there is a play area for kids. Location is also in city center so everything is accessible. We've also booked a room including a buffet breakfast and it's a good breakfast, a lot of variety. But speaking of which, I have it four star instead of SIX, is the behavior of the tall uncle with a mustache who is part of the team serving breakfast. We were there at around 7:15am so my son can play at the playing area while waiting for breakfast to start, past 7:30am and my husband kept on asking can we start, he kept on saying wait and finally at 7:45am I just started getting pates because everything is already set up but he disdn't care say that it was ready and can start. Acting as if the breakfast is funded from his pocket. My point is, you are in a hospitality industry, you should have a friendly and generous attitude towards guests. It's not as if we are free loaders coming here, we paid even before coming. If the owner will read this, please keep that uncle in check, people who want to be snooty has no place in the hotel business. Customer service is everything.

One of the best and most comfortable stays in Chandigarh I have had are in this hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff and very good food. Best value for money

Great staff and they provide great service. Also great rooms but have smoke detectors even in the rooms! So if you smoke you ll have to move out of the hotel also they don't have balcony. And also! They provide great food and also if you ll request they ll get your breakfast customised

Hotel is neat & clean, rooms are not specious enough. room service isn't responsive. what I like there is Play area for kids. buffet breakfast was tasty & has much verity.
