A tastefully set property right in the heart of chandigarh.nBeautiful rooms with massaging chair , delicious buffet breakfast , nice ambience and a lovely bar.

Gr8 experience, staff is polite n educated. Ambience is nice although rates r pretty high. But still worth it. Upscale n prominent place of City beautiful.

The Most Dirtiest Hotel as well as Restorent Buzzcar I have ever visited in my entire life.The service was soo poor soo poor one can even have Nap after ordering the food.And most importantly with my I was having special Guest accompanied he Was a Big Fat RAT.AND THE WORST MANGER I HAVE EVER MET HE WAS SO I'LLMANNERED DOESN'T EVEN KNOW How to talk with ther coustmers His Name MR. Their new GM Mr. Rajesh Kalra should be reminded that he is working in a hospitality sector and not real estate. He talks like a real estate don. I bet he hasn’t been to a Hotel Management school. I have worked in the same sector and was appalled to see him misbehaving with me and my family on a small issue which we raised during our visit today in their restaurant for dinner. He just shouted on us and walked off on us at the end when he felt he is not winning the argument. On some issue with paying with Zomato Pro(which I purchased for Rs.1800) he insisted on not paying with the same cz they need to pay commission on the same. Upon keeping my logical point on the same in front of Mr. Rajesh Kalra, he argued like some down market crook who doesn’t fear his job and has lost all lessons of ‘customer handling’ and ‘customer grievance handling’ , if ever he hs been to a HM school.nI have been coming to the Buzzczar Restuarant since last 10 years, and my wife and her parents since at least 20 years. We used to love the food. But I think this was it. Mr Kalra ruined it. Feeling sad and angry at the same time !
