I booked a room in this hotel online for two days and after check in they allote us room no. 105. The room was spacious but the mattress of the bed was damaged in middle of the bed. I informed reception to change the mattress. Immediately the room attendant came and suggested to change the room instead of changing the mattress. We changed the room but the attendant did not help us in shifting. He was so rude and non cooperative that he was busy in taking selfies with another guy and watching pics instead of helping us. Please never choose this hotel.

Hotel is good for it's price. I stayed at 1200/- for 2 people.nnIn Google it is stated as 4 star hotel. However, it is definitely not a 4 star. If I would have paid anything more than 1200. I would have changed it to 1star. I have given 4 rating as it is good for 1200/-nnParking AvailablenRoom Size GoodnService - Good & quicknFood - OKnWashroom - GoodnTowels - PoornLocation - Tribune Chowk , elante mall , NHhighway all r close

Very bad service.staff very rude. Only one water bottle of drinking water. Wash room very small. No room services. Please don't go to this hotel. Not good for family stay. I asked for one empty plate they saying we will charge 150 rupees. No safe car park.
