Good Hospitality.... And clean rooms....nMr. Umesh at reception was very much interactive and Corporative.....he is gem for Shiva Residency.....

Don't go with the false rating and reviews of this hotel... Actually I would rate negative rating. Very bad experience in my life. From booking to till check out they show off everything. The pictures and title seems it looks like heritage resort out of city but actually they just decorated a corner and posted pictures. It is actually a crowded place and typical hotel without car parking. When we entered in the room, it was not cleaned. The toilet even not flushed by previously used tourist. The pillow cover and bedsheet was too dirty. Floor matress found lot's of clay. They're not able to start TV till the checkout. Not a single night lamp was working out of three. They even not asking for drinking water, we tell them to give water and change the dirty glasses. In the morning on request they give us two small parotha only which are complimentary. I would not suggest anybody for the stay at all
