They need lot of improvement in communication skills. The behavior should be polite because they are representative of organization. Public dealings is tough job but you cannot behave with everyone in the same way.

I visit Airtel Store Sanoli Road regularly for bill payments and for all concern related to Airtel. Yesterday I was in delhi my sim got damaged , in delhi I visited almost 12 stores but no one is able to resolve my issue, finally my issue is got resolved at this store. They are best in providing service to there customer way of talking , sence greeting customer and there behavior is very nice not like other who are not even listening to me in delhi.nnI am user of Vodafone but the issue was with there after sale service. They will commit you big things but do nothing even couldn't pick up your call if you visit there store you have to wait 20 min for token number even if you only want to deposit bill. 121 and 198 helpline team don't know the exact benifit of your current bill plan for any change like bill plan , bill cycle, email id you have to visit store and wait for 20 to 30 min for your token number even email helpdesk is worst if you want to know your bill clarification there respond time is 72 hrs.nnBut in Airtel Sanoli Road Store staff is very helpful wonderful experience with them.

Worst services ever. They will be nice till you pay them the advance.After that they wont even receive your calls. Assured us that the connection will be installed within a day.Its been a week,no response.When i called customer care,they told you can take refund and it would take another 20 days to do so.nPlease do not buy connection from them if you don't want to face same trouble.
