There is no word call meter here all rickshaw wala are same so how they are functioning without any rules with no fear no rule of law is applicable and transport sector is a huge business but how to enforce this illetrate rickshaw to go by meter this is huge failure of our system where ever one have to go should prepare for this pathetic tricky people to reach from point A to point B

Autowallahs here are awful and don't have any manners. They are always trying to fool gullible passengers who exit Panvel station and never agree to go by meter. I have been harassed in the past for hiring an Ola/Uber taxi, but thankfully the area outside the station has been renovated now and there's a separate section for private vehicles and taxis.

No discipline whatsoever! Most of the drivers are very rude to all the travelers. There is no fixed charge.. drivers will give you any ballpark figure that comes to their mind and you have to bargain hard with them. RTO had put up a notice in the railway station premises asking people to call on their numbers if the autos-rickshaw drivers do not charge as per meter, but when i called on their given numbers nobody answered?!!!.... was the notice a fake or did the RTO put it up just for the sake of fun???

To go kamothe they asked me for 170rs and denied to go by meter . While meter charge only about 60 Rs
