One of the finest property in Darjeeling. Located near to the Mall Road... Excellent hotel, good food, great hospitality to start with Viceroy has never failed to impress me. This time I went with my family and all are thoroughly impressed. Their GM Mr. Ali took personal care of us making the experience even better...

The view of Kanchenjunga from room number 407 was really beautiful. Staff was cordial, though the breakfast buffet items were limited, food was good.I would definitely prefer to visit this hotel again.

Location of this hotel is good as it is situated near Mall Road.But no one can get the view of Kanchanjungha from hotel room..room cleaning service is very poor but the hotel charges high amount of money...food is okay but very pricey....

Location is really really good along with the facilities. Perfect family stay. Food quality & quantity are good but prices are on the higher side. Wifi facilities ( May b temporary ) not upto the mark. #recomended

A very good International standard hotel with restaurant situated in proper Darjeeling with British old age ambience. Very beautiful interior. Best part are two, 1st is you need not to walk to reach this hotel, you can avail car at the doorstep of the hotel yet it is very near to Darjeeling Mall. 2nd is its food quality and Manager. When we visited in mid 2019 for a medical conference we met him. he was an exceptional person and hotelier. Overall experience of staying in this hotel is really memorable.
