Fake OYO. Worst Ever OYO experience. They did not provide any OYO kit and gave a dirty room with a AC not working. And did not change the room even after complaining. And finally charged extra 500 even after paying at oyo app, for security (don't know what kind of security) Worst behavior from irresponsible workers. And when asked, they said, they do not follow oyo rules. They have their own.

Terrible service. Do not book this hotel by paying online via oyo. The woman manager is a psychopath. She will harass you to no end till her ego has been satisfied. We had to escalate thrice to receive a check in. All rooms were available but she made us wait for 1 and half hour just cause she wanted to and she does so to whoever pays online. If we hadn't escalted the issue for three times she would have delayed check in even more.never faced such issue with three years of experience with oyo. Thanks to the oyo customer executive who politely handled the situation.

Terrible service. Room was booked on 9th Jan through Make My Trip for 18th January. When we arrived the manager was rude n informed us that they do not accept prepaid reservations n we need to cancel our reservation which was at a cheaper price n book directly with the hotel for a higher price. Which unfortunately we had to do since my 2 year old was very cranky. We stayed there till 21st January. The room was never cleaned nor was the bed changed even after multiple requests. The reason given was the laundry had not come for all 4 days. The manager was least interested n did not bother. Horrible experience . Would never recommend this place to anyone.
