Worst customer service and lot of communication gap. When I visited this store for a frame change of my glass, they just gave me the frame and asked me to visit Junction branch for the frame change because of technician unavailability in this store. But when I visited the junction branch they again rerouted me to the Palayamkottai titan eyeplus branch for the same service. Atlast my lens frames were fixed in the Palayamkottai branch only. The store employees then accepted their mistake.nnI have been using titan eyeplus product for the past 8 years but never seen a showroom without a technician...
