Immense treasure of books...quiet place to read and acquire knowledge

There are lots of books but difficult to access it.nThe rules in the library are not at all student friendly as they don't even allow to carry any of our notebooks. Only item allowed is a scribbling pad. Mobile phones are not even allowed in silent mode and we've to keep it outside. The rules here are a bit harsh according to me. There is no reading hall or any facilities for taking our own books and studying in library. The online catalogue is also messed up as we won't find any books according to what is given in computer
