I booked an airport ride from Travelodesk in Chennai. Their service was prompt, even with the city under complete lockdown. Booking formalities were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They provided me with all relevant details of the driver partner, which to me was a huge assurance as I was a travelling alone early in the morning and safety was of utmost priority. The driver was polite,helpful and hygienic,although a little late to arrive.But that didn't pose as a problem. The car was super tidy. All in all, it was a stress free experience booking from Travelodesk and knowing for a fact that I would have a cab ready on time. Recommended.
