Absolutely love the Location, Food ,great ambience and top level services.Highly recommended for travelers who are on a visit to the city for business Official or tourism purpose.The Multi cuisine Palm Restaurant serves the best food you can find anywhere in this city.

It is well known for its Mutton Khichuri but the dish is kind of a replica of Haleem and honestly it is no where near to that. I did not like it that much but people have their owb tastes and taste buds

Very shabby room @ very high price. AC has cooling problem, in Morden days they are still operating with window AC which is sounds like train engine.. Dental kit has damage toothpaste, Washroom not clean, geyser not working. Room smells like it has been not cleaned since 5 years. I am keep travelling oftenly but havebt seen so much issues in single hotel room.. Poor.. Oops.. Very very very poor experience. I would advise to sleep at Railway Station but don't stay at this hotel..nnDisarisfied guestnnRoom no.206 Dt.11.10.2020
